Despite our best efforts to avoid any mistakes or issues with your order, you have decided to consider returning your purchased product. That's okay! VaporCore would like to make this process as hassle-free as possible. Here's what you should know:
We replace any eLiquid flavor you were not happy with within 30 days. The bottle must be unused or mostly unused. A return shipping label will be sent via email to you for printing. Every purchased bottle includes only one replacement warranty.
We can only accept a return postmarked within a 30-day window. After 30 days, we cannot process your return. We allow 30 days on eLiquid for steep time, but encourage contact sooner rather than later for any issue.
For hardware returns, we prefer to receive the item exactly as you did. That means original box, manuals, the works. If this is not possible, we may still be able to process your return. You are encouraged to email or call us to work closely on resolving your issue.
For eLiquid issues, we cannot offer returns. However, your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are ever unsatisfied with the condition or quality of your eLiquid purchase, contact us and we will make it right! In-shop eLiquid purchases are always able to be exchanged within 7 days; online purchases just work differently! If you have an online eLiquid order that has an issue, contact us via email at VaporCore@gmail.com within 30 days of your order to have it replaced. We will send you postage to send back your mostly unused bottle. Once we receive tracking information from the postal service, a replacement will be sent out.
REFUNDS, RETURNS, and EXCHANGES
For hardware, refunds are available if the product is returned in new or gently used condition and it has been returned within our 30-day window. Returns can be made within the 30-day window for in-store credit, even if you are missing packaging. Exchanges will take place if you experience any manufacturing defects with your product within our 30-day window.
For eLiquid, we cannot accept a return for online orders. But that's okay! Your satisfaction is guaranteed. A second (free shipping) batch of your order will be sent in the event that a mistake was made on your eLiquid purchase. A shipping label will be sent to you via email to send the offending bottle back.
Email VaporCore@GMAIL.com and explain the problem in as much detail as possible. We want to know everything about your issue so that we may better serve you. It may be something easily solved. If not, we may take steps to get the hardware shipped back to check it out.
If this is an eLiquid issue, be specific in what is the problem with your VaporCore eLiquid. Was it too harsh? Does it feel like the nicotine was inaccurate? Not enough flavor? These are what we need to know to serve you better! The replacement batch will correct your specific issue and be shipped out free of charge. If you are not interested in getting the same flavor again, you may select a new flavor.
